Frequently Asked Questions
An in-person visit usually takes between 1-2 hours.
Yes, you will need to contact the ambassador directly, but we do a soft introduction by calling them and letting them know we are sending someone their way.
Some Ambassadors may be able to answer some technical questions, but it is always best to ask us as we will have the most up-to-date information.
We do have appointments only on Saturdays. If you give your salesperson a call, we can usually set something up that would work with your schedule.
